My Approach

I believe that counselling is not a one-size-fits-all process. Your personality, values, and goals play an important role in determining which therapeutic approaches will be most helpful for you.

As a humanistic therapist, my priority is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are. No stuffy formal office or braving the winter weather, by offering virtual appointments, I aim to make therapy more accessible, especially for those who find it challenging to manage care tasks or leave home.

As a qualifying therapist, I practice under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor. I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly pursue advanced training to enhance the support I provide to my clients. I have completed formal intensive training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Integrative sex and couples therapy and Neurodivergent affirming care.

The therapeutic modalities that I use include Narrative Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Somatic and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
